Help your guest
If you are a company who honors your international guests time while they are visiting, book a travel assistant to create a tailor plan for them.

After a brief on the journey and / or a small talk with your guest(s) I can send you proposals for the time visiting

I will provide a detailed plan containing both generic but useful information and also a list of proposals considering your travel style and preferences. That will help you decrease the effort to decide what is best for me when arriving.

Depending on the number of days you will be traveling I can get back to you with a plan in 2-3 weeks from our call.

When you have a budget, a period and an Internet full of options, sometimes, before the actual travel plan is difficult to chose what is the best destination you can select based on your preferences.

Before even booking your vacation you will have support to chose fully aware your destination. You can provide me the options you are thinking and I can do a small research to see what best suits your preferences and possibilities.

We will have a 30 min extra call to discuss your options, beside the call included for the tailored plan.

After we have the final destination, I will prepare your tailored plan. Depending on the number of days traveling, I can send you the plan in 2-3 weeks.

We will connect in 2 calls - aprox. 1h each. First is designed to capture all your wishes and the second to discuss the proposals and make necessary adjustments

Beside your tailored plan with both useful information and a list of proposals that would make you happy, you will have also my full support while traveling or during preparation for leaving.
Common Questions
I encourage you to go through all packages and have a generic idea what includes each of them. If still in doubt what would be your perfect fit, than let’s have a 15′ call to see what is the best way I can help. We can even tailor something more. 🙂
Depending on the level of complexity of your request, this could be between 2-3 working days for some answers or a plan review, while the plans preparation can last up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If you have to organize a longer time – 15-21 days it will be around 3 weeks, while for a city break should not take more then 2 weeks.
When I established the timings, I considered a lot of things, generic unpredictable events as well. Also I take my time to well prepare your plan so you can benefit of a consistent research.
Depending on the period of the year, there are months which are full such as July – August or November – January and others which are not that busy.
Depending on the length of your trip I would say in general at least 3 weeks in advance. For journeys that are longer than 2 weeks then definitely we should start discussing your plan at least one month before you leave in vacation.
Still, if you decide on a short notice about a city break for example, drop me a message and I will see what I can do.
For questions or a review, 3-7 days are more then perfect to accommodate your request.

During some core hours we establish together, you can contact me for guidance and I will do my best to facilitate your requests.
First, thank you for deciding to make me part of your future journey. After we establish what would be the perfect package for you, I can send you a link where you can proceed with the payment. This can be done in either € or RON.
After we agree what is the perfect package for you, I will start working on your plan right away so I will need you to book the payment in advance in order to add your plan on my to do list. This is why I can not refund you if you decide not to go on your vacation based on different personal reasons.
However if the decision is done before my work is advanced (ex. next day), than I can refund you 25% of the amount for the selected plan or we can consider full amount for a future journey.
